When it was determined that a module was needed to address a DSG recall, they expedited the part's delivery and by doing so enabled the problem to be corrected without needing to schedule another service visit. I was kept up to date on the status of service and repair and the work was performed promptly. I was thrilled with being able to have the recall repair addresses so promptly."

Jackson was extremely responsive to all my questions leading up to the purchase,
and he remained responsive to my questions and requests after the deal was
done. Roger was extremely helpful in hooking me up with a auto shipping broker,
and he made sure the car properly shipped when the carrier arrived for the car
(the car, by the way, came off the enclosed trailer looking as though it might
have just come out of the dealership's detailing
shop.

Fogg was likewise very supportive in addressing my concerns regarding the Audi
CPO Warranty that came with the car.
I also want to thank Sally Shepherd. She patiently answered all my questions regarding the title and registration paperwork and Jupiter Title. And when Washington State ended up sending the plates and registration to Audi Santa Barbara instead of to my home, she did all one could expect to be sure I received my plates and registration as quickly as possible.
I don't anticipate being in the market to buy another car anytime soon. But whenever I am, I know I'll be taking a look at Santa Barbara Auto Group's website to see what's listed and maybe giving Roger a call.
