Option 1 - Get into a new Audi
Step 1 - Contact Audi Santa Barbara Visit Audi Santa Barbara and view our current New or Used inventory. If you're interested in a particular vehicle, call or stop by to take it for a test drive to ensure it's the right Audi for you.
Step 2 - Evaluate your current Audi Any damage to your vehicle that is deemed to be excess wear and use is chargeable. It is recommended that you visit Audi Santa Barbara for a pre-inspection, 90-120 days before the end of your lease. Audi Santa Barbara will review your vehicle's condition and provide an estimate of any charges. Please contact us to schedule an appointment. M-F 8am-4pm leasereturn@sbautogroup.com.
Step 3 - If necessary, repair your current Audi If there is any excess wear and use present, you will receive an estimated cost for repair shortly after your vehicle inspection. To ensure that the repairs are acceptable, we recommend having them completed at Audi Santa Barbara. You will be required to forward your repair receipts to Audi Financial Services to ensure that your maturity billing is updated accordingly. Or, if more convenient, you can choose to return your vehicle as is and pay any outstanding charges at that time.
Step 4 - Return your current lease at the same time you pick up your new lease. Your sales person will coordinate the new car pick up with your current lease turn in to make the process as simple and time effective as possible. If you have already done the pre- inspection, we will re-evaluate the vehicle and see if there are any new damages or if any previously inspected damage has been fixed/repaired. If no pre-inspection has been completed, we will perform a final inspection on the day of your return.
